Who we are

This website is operated by Astrinix LLC (“Astrinix”, “we”, “us”).

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is for information

The site describes our company and the services we offer. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a commitment to provide any service. An engagement exists only under a written agreement signed by Astrinix LLC, and that agreement governs the work.

Performance figures and examples

Figures shown on the site, such as latency, jitter, availability and delivery timelines, are engineering targets or representative examples. Where they come from past engagements, client names are withheld. These figures describe what we design and measure against. They are not a guarantee for any particular system, because results depend on the client’s hardware, network and requirements. We make performance commitments only in a signed agreement, after the system has been scoped.

Our content

The text, graphics, design, and the Astrinix name and logo on this site belong to Astrinix LLC or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own reference, including to evaluate our services. You may not copy, republish, modify or use the content commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you must not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
• disrupt or overload the site, or introduce malicious code;
• collect content from the site at scale by automated means;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or impersonate another person or organisation.

Sending us information

Please do not send confidential or proprietary information in a first enquiry. Until a confidentiality agreement is signed, we cannot treat unsolicited information as confidential. We will gladly sign a mutual NDA before a detailed technical discussion.

Links to other sites

If the site links to a website run by someone else, we do not control that website and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

No warranty

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Qatar Financial Centre. The Civil and Commercial Court of the Qatar Financial Centre has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
